Welcome to TRIMM. By trading on this site, you agree to automatic conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read the conditions carefully before you act on TRIMM.DK

General
We send all goods by parcel post, it makes it possible to trace the package if any problems develop. The goods are insured during transit and upon receipt, please check the package contents. Is the package and / or the contents damaged when you receive it, you must notify the Post Denmark immediately, or within 2 days of receipt and return product to us afterwards. TRIM is not responsible for goods damaged during transportation. We always pack the goods into with extreme care, so the risk of cargo damage is minimized.

Delivery - Order by midnight. 13:00 and the goods are dispatched same day
At TRIM we strive on a quick delivery, so all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. In connection with the sale expected to be longer delivery time. Should there be delays with Post Denmark can be trimmed not be held liable.
In cases of very late products (several days), or even defaulting supplies forward TRIM a new delivery without charge. Please note that deliveries to Bornholm and other islets in some cases can last up to 3 days. Goods to most other EU countries and countries outside the EU will be sent with Feedex and delivery may take up to 5 days.

Shipping in Denmark
Your purchase will any quantity attached to a fee of 85,00 kr to cover shipping costs of Post Denmark. All packages are sent as an insured professional package.

Shipping to foreign countries
All shipments to foreign countries is provided by Feedex and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to evade local taxes and duties.

Common Services in Europe takes approx. 2-3 business days.
Common Services outside Europe takes approx. 3-5 business days.

Removal of goods
Want it picked up at our address; Jyllingevej 119, 2720 Vanloese, please contact us beforehand. We are open for inquiries Monday to Friday between the hours. 10.00-12.00. Also remember to tell your leveringspreference on order which can be found on the page where you fill out your personal information.

Return of goods
TRIM provides 14 days return - also on sale goods - valid from the day you receive your goods. Simply complete the return and enclose note in the shipping package with the goods. Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with the return label attached to. Products without a return sticker not be returned. Once we receive the product and accepted the return, we will as soon as possible transfer bid amount to your account. We pay back only to the credit card the goods were purchased with. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to enclose the registration and account number for any. bank transfer. Remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped. Return of goods is at their own expense.
 
Filling in the return model
Please fill vedsendte return insert by ticking / crossing at the product / goods sought returned and the reason for return, a transmission and a signature.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS
We like to swap for another size or color. Want to swap your item for a different product, we suggest that you return the product and then buy the other product.

Returning gifts
If you have received a gift purchased at Trim and want to return the product, we can exchange it for another product of equal value. However, if you find a product which is more expensive, you have the option to pay the difference and the necessary delivery charges and have it sent instead. You can also choose to obtain a voucher or a gift card and use it anytime within 1 year. Money can unfortunately not be refunded other than the credit card who paid the gift at first.
 
Complaints
All products are covered by purchase law rules on 24-month warranty. Complaints Court means that you as a customer can complain about the deficiencies of the product that have occurred within 24 months after purchase.
Right does not cover when errors or damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear.

TRIM does not cover the freight costs which may be, in connection with a complaint.

Sold Out Products
If an item you are interested in, would be sold out, you have also the opportunity to contact us at info@trimm.dk. A service representative will inform you about the possibility of a revaluation on our waiting list for a possible. reordering or offer a similar product you may be interested.

Charge
In TRIM, you can pay with debit cards as cash in advance, VISA / cash in advance, Euro / Mastercard and American Express, VISA / Electron.
This amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. All prices in TRIM are stated in GBP and are inclusive of 25% VAT, unless the product is a non-EU country. Refer to Duty and VAT

Security
The security of TRIM is in the top, since all communication between our payment and the cardholder via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only the PBS, which has access to your data. Neither TRIM or other unauthorized person has the opportunity to see the data exchanged on the purchase. In TRIM is your personal contact information 100% confidential and we guarantee that nobody else can access them.

Customs and VAT
Are you from an EU country due to Danish VAT but no duty under the rules on free movement of goods. Goods sent from TRIMM.DK can not be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU, in an attempt to evade local customs and duties.
However, you order from a country outside the EU may suffer local taxes and duties which we can not be held responsible for, but tilgengæld deducted Danish VAT. If this happens you will be contacted by the freight company. Be aware that this may delay shipping a part, since the goods are held up in customs. It is then your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and pay the extra costs inflicted.

Consumer
TRIMM follow the instructions available from the D-mark. We work and act under the guidelines and laws are made by the Consumer Agency.
