SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders from TRIMM Copenhagen are delivered with UPS or Dachser, and we intend on giving you a fast delivery, normally within a week. If you purchase sale items, longer delivery time should be expected. Should there be delays with the shipping company, TRIMM Copenhagen cannot be hold accountable.
In case of much delayed items, or completely missing deliveries, TRIMM will send a new delivery with no extra charges. Be aware that orders to islands can sometimes have longer delivery time.
If your order is delayed during shipping, please control the content of the parcel. If the parcel or its content is damaged, you should report it to TRIMM Copenhagen immediately or within two days of delivery, and then return it to us. TRIMM is not responsible for items that are damaged during transport. We always pack the orders with great care, so the risk of damage during shipping is as minimal as possible.
When shopping on trimmcopenhagen.com, you have the right to return items, including sale items, within two weeks of delivery. Then you have to inform us that you regret your purchase and send us back the parcel. All returned products should be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery.
When we have received your parcel back and verified the return, we will transfer the money to your account. We only refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. This is to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to include registration and account number for a possible bank transfer. Also, remember to save your tracking number as documentation that the parcel has been sent. Returning expenses lies upon the costumer.

It is possible to exchange an item to another colour. Do you wish to exchange your item to another product, we suggest returning your first purchase and then ordering a new product instead.
All items are subject to law of 24 months of right to complain. The warranty means that, as a costumer, you can complain about flaws on the product that occur within the first 24 months of the purchase.
The warranty doesn’t cover flaws or damage created from wrong use, lack of maintenance or regular wear and tear.

Sold out products
If an item that you are interested in should be out of stock or sold out, feel free to contact us on E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will inform you about the possibility of restocking or putting you on a waiting list.
On this website, you can pay with credit cards and debit cards such as VISA, EURO/MASTERCARD and Maestro card.
The money will not be withdrawn from your account before we send the parcel from our storage. All prices are indicated in EUR and 25% Danish tax is included in the price.
