Delivery

Pallet orders from TRIMM Copenhagen are delivered with the shipping company Dachser, smaller orders are sent with UPS. We normally ship within 15-30 weekdays, depending on the size of the order and season. If you purchase items in backorder, longer delivery time should be expected. Should there be delays with the shipping company, TRIMM Copenhagen cannot be held accountable. For large orders, you will be contacted by Dachser before delivery to schedule a specific delivery date, to make sure someone is home to receive it.

Be aware that orders to islands can sometimes have a longer delivery time.

If your order is delayed during shipping, please check for the content of the parcel. If the parcel or its content is damaged, you should report it to TRIMM Copenhagen immediately or within two days of delivery, and then return it to us. TRIMM is not responsible for items that are damaged during transport. We always pack the orders with great care, so the risk of damage during shipping is as minimal as possible.

Be aware that we only deliver to the pavement and do not carry up. If you have special needs in this regard, send us an email when you order.

Returning  items

When shopping on trimmcopenhagen.com, you have the right to return items, including sale items, within two weeks of delivery. Then you have to inform us that you regret your purchase and send us back the parcel. All returned products should be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery.

When we have received your parcel back and verified the return, we will transfer the money to your account. We only refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. This is to avoid any illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to include registration and account number for a possible bank transfer. Also, remember to save your tracking number as documentation that the parcel has been sent. Returning expenses lies upon the customer.

Exchange items

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest returning your first purchase like described above and then ordering a new product instead. If your product has an inner bag and you just want another color, please only exchange the cover of the furniture or cushion, saving unnecessary shipping resources and costs.
